Good experience in form of safety services cleaning and staff was very helpful

The food was good and the behaviour of the staff was excellent.

Hotel in main Jonsonganj Chouraha. Good room, Hot & normal water available 24 hours, Polite & helpful staff.

Food was very good, staff were very much cooperative. But it was very expensive as per the Hotel Category.

Good property near prayagraj station. Overall okay during mahakumbh. It's 1 star category hotel. Price was high due to mahakumbh

Once checked in no one will care. Room phones not working. You need to go the receptionist but he will not respond. He will be on call or watch tv. No food services. Unhygienic.

The room was not clean. The washroom especially was not clean. Bedsheets pillows everything seemed used

This was the worst hotel stay ever they charged but the facility was worse than a 500 rs room ,food was straight up shit worse than train food, rooms had pan spit marks ,commode was broken ac was not working EVEN THOUGH THEY TOOK AC CHARGES, NO ,HOT WATER, CHECKIN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 1PM AND CHECKOUT 10AM WHICH IS FOR THE AMOUNT TAKEN AND EVEN THOUGH ROOMS WERE EMPTY AT 12PM ITSELF WE HAD TO WAIT TILL 1.30PM STATING ROOMS WERE GETTING CLEANED , PLEASE DONT STAY HERE EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION RATHER USE TRAIN STATION SLEEPING PODS THEY ARE WAY CLEANER AND CHARGE LESS THIS HOTEL VASHISTHA MIGHT JUST BE THE WORST 5 STAR HOTEL WITH CHILD LABOUR AND ARROGANT STAFF never stay in this hotel please

Inspire of Heavy rush due to Maha Kumbh, homely service was provided by the hotel. Food serviced was hot, fresh and tasty. My complements to hotel team for their hospitality. Regards 🌹🌹🌹

Hotel rooms are not hygiene and pathetic. Also hotel refused to give us extra towel.

The rooms are very limit-ted in space and lacks proper cleanliness. The photo of the property is not same as in reality. Toilet is also very badly constructed and maintained.

Terrible experience. We reached at around 7 am after getting stuck in kumbh traffic. We could use the rooms only for around 3-4 hours, however, the rooms given were pathetic. No service, terrible attitude, unhygienic rooms, washrooms, no hot water, no towels, no parking space. Nothing was good and space is not good enough to write the terrible experience. While asked them for hot water, they informed hot water connection to the room is disconnected and asked us to use another room for bathing.

According to price, hotel is not worthy, otherwise it is decent hotel for stay, rooms have good space also have dining table and sofa. But, hotel property is old, rooms needs some basic renovation,

Property is very bad- rooms are not clean- there is no proper hospitality- was denied for extra towel. Check in time is too high. No hygiene. Lot of mosquitoes at the checking lounge itself.

Hotel is at best location from station and 6 kms from triveni sangam. Hotel is neat and clean. 24 hrs hot water supply in taps. Bathroom very clean. Owners were very supportive. Daily cleaning of rooms and catering services should be improved.

Top floor was very noisy and couldn’t sleep. The hotel staff were sleeping outside the room in the walkways. Lot of mosquitoes. Won’t recommend unless no other option
