This was a worst hotel I have ever stay in my life.Everything was in worst condition,no lift,no water,no soap/tissue paper. That stay was a very bad memory for my family. The only good this was is hotel restaurant and his food.

Superb fantastic for stay, room service, staff behaviour and everything was awesome fully satisfied with the service

Stay is good at this hotel. Also food is tastyand rates are genuine.

Even though the Hotel agreed to let me check in early prior to me booking the room, they made me wait and eventually gave me a room which was not even cleaned and linen hasn’t changed . It had hair all over the bed, and pillows and butts in the washroom.

The experience was average, not as good as i expected we can get more good options in this tarriff.

Cleaning should be improved, room service not so good should be improved staff are cooperative, i happy for this hotel

Had to stay overnight in Prayagraj as was returning from Mahakumbh with my aged father. The Hotel is in walking distance from The Railway Station but not at all a suitable place for elders as the Staircases are steep and lacks basic Lift like facilities. Also the reception area has hardly any space for 3 people to stand and above all the designated Manager ( not taking the name ) is arrogant and ill mannered and is utterly unprofessional. There is no food service in the room and as such after calling up the reception went to the Dining area with my very elderly Father to have Dinner and the place was crammed up leaving us with no other option but to return to our room without any food / dinner. The Bell boy helped me carry the luggage to my room , however while checking out I had to very carefully hold my Old Father walk down the Stairs and at the same time bring the luggage along. The stay at the Hotel room was quite at ease but the bed and the blanket seemed not clean and I had to place our own bedsheet before sleeping. My rating should not affect the recommendation as I also understand that The City of Prayagraj was overburdened due to The Holy Pilgrimage at Mahakumbh.

Poor quality of rooms old and unwashed blankets mattresses, shabbily maintained rooms with full of mosquitoes

Unsafe and risky property. First they refused to give room and kept me waiting for one hour till 2:30 pm. There was no room and finally they denied. It was unsafe for the family. Reception person threatened us.

The Hotel is near by the Prayagraj Station and services also good but room is too small at the time of online booking room pictures is showing big room. Rest is good. Room, toilets cleaning are good. overall rating 8/10.

We reached late due to crowd in mahakumbh. hotel did not provided dinner. after lots of request only tea was provided. Hotel industry is 24x7 . still we have to stay empty stomach

Im from south india, the food was excellent, used blankets were given. Cleanliness was a problem. That was the main issue

very small room and extremely dirty washroom. rooms have pillar right inside the room. very unkempt and shabby. no correlation with the photographs. avoid for stay they have a restaurant which is very good and they have nice preparation method for all items.

Preliminary Room service which is required not given . Staff support was not good . Hot water , morning tea , not provided
