Good place for a night stay only, just next to the NH19, so easily accessible. But the room condition was not good, the toilets were dirty. Also AC was faulty, it was not cooling and the next morning found that it was leaking and our luggage kept below was soaked. Though the behaviour of the staff was good. Also the beds were two small for a family with husband, wife and one kid.

A comfortable stay, the Hotel is conveniently located on the highway. The staff is friendly, food is not very expensive but is quite good.

Terrible hotel... Room was small, mattress are 1000 year old with -0 cushioning, surface was soft and flat then the mattress. AC not working, and room TV was faulty. Room was not changed even after requested, however all room was found in same condition when checked. Fixed menu daily aloo paratha and puri sabji daily in breakfast.. you will become puri after few days with oil they use. Plats and bowl also 1000 year old, and can found the DNA of aurangzeb if tested by forensics, so unhygienic. Rate card is like five star hotel. Better to stay in any Dharamshala....

Amenities, services excellent ! Value for money paid ! Support staffs are also extremely polite and courteous. Food etc are also superb. Hotel is at the outskirts of the town , hence completely peaceful surroundings.

The property is bang on the highway and hence a bit noisy. If you are on the way for a long trip, just tired and need to straighten up, then this is the ideal place. However, the facilities in the room are not upto mark (everything is there but maintenance is very poor). However, the front desk (Mr Manish) is highly supportive.

Hygine needs to take care as per city and price we didnt see room service and other stuffs were as expected

Better place for accommodation. Good food quality with polite behaviour of the staff. Although price justification of the room tariffs and food is the main concern.

I have booked the property for one person in a double bed room, but some urgent works a college visit with me , when I check in no one Hotal vasnavi staff ask for extra charges, after one day a hotal staff call me and ask for extra charges for my colleague, I have already Visited more than Good property and Hotal, like 3/4/5 ⭐ in our official visits , with colleges but very first time Hotal vasnavi staff ask extra charges, Because all types of hotel rooms are comfortable for 2 peoples , they only ask for his ID ,

My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The room was filthy, with stains on the carpet and a lingering, unpleasant odor. The bathroom was even worse, with mold in the shower and a toilet that barely flushed. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, acting as if every request was a major inconvenience. The so-called "continental breakfast" was a joke, with stale pastries and watered-down coffee. The noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Overall, this hotel stay was a nightmare, and i would never recommend it to anyone.

Hotels have good hosting experience and take care of their customers, restaurant has good options and quality of food is also good.

Location, food, amenities, service and behavior of staff were simply excellent. We will stay here only every time we visit this area, and will also strongly recommend others.

The hotel is just near nh and has good parking space. Great hospitality and food. The room and bathroom were near and clean.
