Hotel premises are very luxurious and food quality is too good. Staff service is very friendly and his room quality is very comfortable.

I frequently use to stay in this property.The check-in process is smooth, and the staff are welcoming and helpful throughout. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. The overall ambiance of the hotel is relaxing, and the service truly made me feel valued as a guest every time. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

Location was easy to find , it was on maps and on main highway. Cleanliness, ambience and staff behaviour was very good. Overall a good experience

Even after making full payment 3 days earlier on 28.03.25, I got message that my booking has been cancelled. I contacted the property and was informed that there was no booking in my name. Later on after calling the call centre, that the matter was resolved. In this state of dilemma I preferred to drive up to Ranchi. I paid full amount still I remained in doldrum. After a long duration I booked through MakeMyTrip with bad experience. I paid full amount but couldn’t stay.

Stay was decent, food was good, staff was cordial. The property is located very near to the highway, as shown in the map.

We booked for triple occupancy, we arrived by 1 am in the night,(obviously we paid more than double occupancy). On arrival they refused any extra mattress or bed, had to book another hotel in the middle of the night for third person. Insensitive to do this on when someone is looking for just a n overnight stay.

The overall experience was fantabulous

The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. The reception managers are also polite and well-behaved. Moreover, the resort has a nice ambience.

The hotel is centrally located in aurangabad, having nice connectivity, the rooms are good with good amenities and food was also well made but the service required a more professional touch.

Everything was perfect, i would rate as good for all the aspects such as location is good, food was also good, amenities and services were up to the mark

The location is perfect- right on the highway.. you have to make a u turn at Aurangabad entry point while coming from Kolkata. The rooms were spacious- but needs a bit of maintenence. The hotel property belongs to Bihar Tourism but given on lease. The restaurant was good and food quality was amazing. During stay, one tap broke and plumber charged 1K for it. The property really needs maintenance.

Room service and room cleanliness is very poor. Towels were not provided, room not clean. Extra bed provided was not in good condition. Overall condition has degraded massively.

As you aware this property is located at the national highway. Most of the people stay here for business purposes. Need to improve the staying & food quality arrangement for drivers. This was very shabby. I had spl. Pointed this issue in my feedback form submitted at property. With regards
