stay was good . but receptionist tried to fool by giving economy ground floor room saying my parents that both room are same. I booked n paid for deluxe room after intervention from my side they get deluxe room this is very cheap and un professional attitude. hotel tried to fool them by giving my parents ground floor low price room inspite of getting high price for high quality room.

I had to speak to myself even for small things like there was no towel in the room and for other things too.

The breakfast was really good, Ambience is nice washrooms were not cleaned and basin was clogged so that was not cool other than that it was nice

Bed light broken , drinking glass was not available, floor mat was visibly dirty, tea kit and kettle not available, drinking water bottle not available , insects was crowling on the floor ....bad experience.

property asked for extra money nd convince to buy deluxe room. and staff was too uneducated and deluxe room is expensive

Room was good. Staff behavior was also good. Food Taste was delicious. little bit outside of the city but location and area was good. overall good property.

Hotel charges extra money upon arrival and room is also not so clean..

There was the wedding at the same time in hotel. And considering that we were on work trip, Loud music did not let us sleep and rest entire night. We left the same night due to noise and manager of the hotel promised to return the money for the stay. Though after calling to confirm the date of return, the manager behaved very rude and cut the call and did not answer the next calls. I want this hotel to accept the fact that they cheated the guests. I’m extremely unsatisfied with the behaviour of the managers, who even refused to tell their names. The worst experience in India.

It was a Excellent Stay,hotel is quite safe and convenient Rooms were quite clean and fabulous staff.

Hotel was having very pathetic conditions in terms of linen cleaning and washroom cleaning. All linens were dirty and also Breakfast was not having much variety.

Booking was done of suite room and room given to me was standard when asked why they are not giving me suite room they said its already given to somebody and i will have to stay in std room.

Overall experience was good but room service need some improvement as when you order something the room service staff knock at door and immediately try to open the gate repeatedly. Room cleaning need some improvement.

Property is near to the railway station. Very cooperative staff, neat and clean area with timely breakfast and all other services are up to the point.

Great place for family and business trips. Very spacious room and space for dedicated work palace/ family space

Lovely hotel lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit to
