It was not value for money for me.
Room was ok but quality of service was very poor. We were allotted the wrong rooms and then had to change. Key cards were not functioning properly and we needed the front desk assistance many times. We had paid for breakfast but did not know it was not a buffet. Even upon ordering in advance, the meal was not delivered on time which we had to forgo because by then we had made our own arrangement. Evening tea /coffee was only available after 7pm and upon ordering 5 teas, we were given 5 coffees instead. There were no glasses kept alongside the kettle for water or tea preparation. TV did not work in some of the rooms. Service and attention to detail were pathetic. Only saving grace was the room quality.
Many of the facilities listed in the description did not exist. For example our room which was an Executive Room with Balcony, did not have any dental kit, ironing board with iron, shower caps and many other such amenities. Another room which we booked with additional bed for no extra charge was not provided and we had to forgo the same after waiting for 30 mins in the end.
The hotel doesn't have any in-house kitchen and brings in all meals from outside, though the property description mentions an elegant restaurant serving mouthwatering delicacies.
Even the room sizes are falsified. The Executive Room with Balcony mentions a size of 3488 sq ft which in most buildings is the size of an entire apartment.
Most of the data mentioned in the description is wrong and descriptions regarding the hotel services need to be reviewed and corrected.
