Review Of Hotel Urban Jade

The hotel is satisfactory; however, the hospitality service is inadequate, and the organization is lacking.

The only good thing about this property is its location. Service and amenities are poor, with noticeable issues in cleanliness and hygiene. Basic toiletries were missing, and the food was just average.

The day I checked in there was no power for almost 2hrs. They said power backup failed.

Washroom was very dirty. Mattress was of poor quality. Mosquito was in the room. Even the room service was very poor for eg. Bathroom towel was torn

Nice hotel with good support staff, room was big and clean. I enjoyed my stay at this place. Recommend for IT folks who want to stay near by bagmane, its hardly 2 km and walkable distance

Hotel donot have professional staff. Hence improvement required in service. Rooms are cleaned. Food is good. Far away from city centre. Overall good for stay

Intially they gave a room where everything was broken and geyser was not working at all. Later after complaining they changed the room. Breakfast is compliment but limited and ordered from outside. For morning tea coffee we had to wait for more than 2-3 hours. Staff is horrible. They keep commenting if you ask them anything. They really need to train the staff.

It was worst, No proper cleaning, No proper staff, Not managing properly, Reception no one is responsible, in a day they time they were not able to take order.

Hotel room was neat and clean. Washroom was Hygienic. Room Service was good. Overall experience was very satisfying. The only problem was it's approach road which is not comfortable though the distance from main road is not far

We were given a different room, and not the room we selected, the toilet seats were broken. The staff was rude and there was no response when called for. We were also asked to again change the room while the stay as well as check out earlier than the stated time. The bathroom was not stocked properly as well and there were some fights happening during our stay. All in all they had really bad service

The washroom was not clean enough and there was no hot water even though we told them they didn’t fix it properly and the beds are way too old even the pillows were not so comfortable enough the hotel shows good picture on their site but it’s too old and all the things are broken and old

The hotel was noisy but the hygiene of the hotel was good. The hotel staff were not much friendly but they were just doing their job.

Cleanliness was the biggest concern even the facilities that were mentioned I have not got that services too.

Well maintained rooms, breakfast is bad and door keycards stop working sometimes. Cleanliness is good.
