I had a great stay at this lodge! The room was very comfortable and clean, making it easy to relax. The food was delicious, with good variety and quality. What stood out the most was the staff—they were incredibly supportive, friendly, and always ready to help. Being a Sandeep Group property, one's expectations were raised. The place is pretty sad, both room wise and food wise. The room: Small Cupboard with no shelf, so where does one keep the clothes. The bathroom has no soap dish or any hook or rail to hang a towel. The wifi is slow. Everytime you order food as in room dining, you have to call the front desk for the menu. Food is average and every dish has the same spicy combination. Only after repeatedly calling the front desk will someone come to clear the used plate and dishes. The restaurant in the ground floor is sad. Breakfast is not ready even at 7.30 AM. If you insist, they give you one staple dish, i.e poha on all days. Finally one had to seek packed anda- bread. The only good thing about the hotel is that the staff is very sweet and helpful. Yes, it has a bar, that's a positive.

Service is very good. The captain in the terrace restaurant needs to be trained further. Location is fantastic. So is the lobby and front desk staff.

This property was ok . There was smell of paint inside the room which was terrible. Washroom was not clean and well maintained. Was on second floor room too much noise was cooking up to mid night 01:30 AM could not sleep well. This sound was from top restaurant furniture movement cleaning etc….

Front desk staff not much courteous, don’t provide info about breakfast hours, lobby was clean but rooms give a feeling of old place, safe in room sitting on counter not anchored, anyone can walk away with safe, overall very average hotel doesn’t deserve more than one star and for that cost shouldn’t be more then 1500rs per day

Good property. I was especially surprised to see shoe mitt, slippers, dental kit and hair kit at this property. Staff is polite. Of there is a room for improvement in th facilities provided. *one suggestion: staff should not discussed in front of the guests* rest is good and worth of money

Hotel is located in city. Everything is accessible. Room was neatly clean and even lobby was pleasant but few things need to improve like i had to call and ask for towels and all it was not kept in room. Food quality is superb too. But breakfast buffet menu was very less. Also few items were not available in the beginning but later they served. Overall an average hotel with delicious food.
