Hotel room was good but because of heavy rain the generator was not working properly

hotel staff is very supportive and well behaved . Always available for help and room is also good I stay in non AC room . The location is quite good enough easily accessbile to shops and market

Very poor room service. Attendants behaviour is rude. No tea or rom service even up to 8 am in morning although they mention room service from 7 am.

Though the room was inclusive of breakfast, it was not served as timing was after 8. 30am

When i booked this hotel, i had an option to select complimentary breakfast and lunch. I paid a few hundreds extra so that i can have good food. But only after i reached here, i was informed there is no such thing available, no wifi, no hot water and the list goes on. My experience was bad overall.

The rooms are totally average in terms of maintenance. Food was average. Staff compliance wasn't great

Room is damp, not clean. Bed sheet and towel dirty. Very bad experience.

I stayed here for two days, my room had no lock it could be opened by anyone if it wasn't closed from the inside, and when I complained about it the manager said no one will take anything. Also there is no designated parking so you have to always be in doubt about the safety of your car. Breakfast option is just poha and upma, the stay was less than average as no staff was friendly.

Neat and clean Hotel would be a happy accommodation
