Poor maintenance of rooms
1.TV not working 2. Wash basin tap flow very less 3.Lift “Ground floor button” not working 4 Car parking space inadequate 5. AC started making abnormal noise even after shutting off 6. Only one soap bar provided for two persons 7. No liquid hand wash available 8 Hand shower handle broken 9 Shower water was either too cold or too hot 10.cleanliness was good

Not Value for Money
Bed sheet in poor condition, TV was not working, Bathroom heater was in poor condition and spouts lukewarm water.

very bad hotel no in-house restaurant, I opted for complimentary breakfast but they didn't provide it. no hot water available for bathing in morning even when it was chilling outside due to heavy rain in ahemadnagar. room toiletries not provided though they r charging exorbitantly for rooms . air-conditioning was not working. lift was not working. please stay away from this very bad hotel. they are looting the people

Good property. Location, housekeeping abd staff are great . Courteous staff. Manager arranged a good taxi for my travel .

Bed Bug and AC is not working
Ac was not working properly and we found bed bugs in the room. Room were big and spacious but cleaning need to improve

Overall a good experience
Location is good and proximity to the city is an advantage. The hotel does not have a restaurant. Therefore getting breakfast early in the morning is a concern. Overall a good experience.

Poor Stay
Booked room with breakfast but no arrangement of breakfast. Duing stay i requested breakfast in morning as paid amount at booking. Hotel refused to provide breakfast. After long arguments with staff of hotel staff provided tea idly etc from market.

Hotel room is okay! but room service is not good! we asked for complimentary breakfast, we were told that they don’t have restaurant and will serve breakfast from outside hotel! morning we were served ice cold idlis, cold sambar, heavy oily ( oil with bad smell) a loo paratha ! also tea served was not hot ! spoiled our mood in the morning inspite of paying advance money! i will not recommend this hotel at all !

I'm not happy with the stay, room was not in not condition, not hygienic, smelling bad, ac below 16 is not working, bedsheet was not clean, i guess it was used before and not cleaned, staff was good and cooperative, but i'm not satisfied with the stay feel like wasted my money, left within 4 hours

Best location if you are foodie
Happy with my stay at rose gold hotel. Rooms looks really good & clean. Beds are comfortable. Hot water is there. Bathroom was big and clean. All things were working as it supposed to. So many options are there nearby to eat outside.

New hotel but very bad service
Hotel rooms are nice but only to be disturbed by power failures whole night no service by hotel staff breakfast is served in room on request and it comes cold as ice no staff in hotel no parking space its a nightmare
