Hotel Radiance

Hotel is Clean and Well maintained. But Plz keep some Standards for your coustomers. The Hotel did Not provided me Dental Kit . Said it is provided as per room type which we book. seriously paying plus taxes for 1 day and then such kind of service. I dont Understand why such small things are not offered inspite of such huge charges and in such non metero City. The lock of My Room was also not working properly.I had to push it hard for locking.

A std. room booking will get you a clean place to stay. Toiletries are chargeable . Wifi is too slow to even browse and is very unstable with frequent disconnections. Taking meetings is out-of-question on the Wifi. Breakfast is decent but there are better options within a walk-able distance of the hotel.

Property is good for stay and at premium location. Cost is also worth. Hotel rooms are clean and staff is also supportive

Stay was very comfortable. Rooms were so clean and good fragrance inside room. Washroom was clean fresh and good smelling. worth for money and suggested for booking. Staff was polite and service is also good

Hotel mentioned Gym facility in description of Hotel on Make my trip but unfortunately they dont have Gym in their premises and seems they are cheating with people

food quality is not good, bedsheet also not propar clean, morning breakfast is good. .

don't go for MEP plan they demand 200 Rs per person for no. veg meal as any such thing is not mentioned at the time of booking. Reception staff was rude no smiling faces you can see. only rooftop restaurant is good , but at night only as good cook was not there in afternoon and weast my food without eating paid bill

Property is situated in prime location where you can access to transport, food and entertainment very easily

there is no good service and there is no basic requirements they are charging for everything even for a tooth brush and when we asked front desk receptionist the lady is saying we are not proving if you want to give bad reviews then go ahead... she don't know hot to talk with clients

Hotel good, rooms small, queen beds they provide, laundry services are poor and are not in house and are by third party so the bedding, bedsheets, towel are mostly dirty and unclean, if you required then it's of no use

Awesome service and food recommended to stay. Nice gesture by all staff. Food quality is excellent.
