Good Stay
The property's food was good. But their facilities were not so good, their were only 2 packs of everything such as coffee, sugar, tea bag and when asked for more they replied that they don't have any more stocks and that thats it and also said that more packs will be charged and then brought more. Their kettle was not working, geyser wasn't working

Terrible experience
Except location of the Hotel, everything was not upto mark. No staff for room services, no in house restaurant services, no room cleaning on daily basis, unhygienic bathrooms and lots more...

Good Stay
service is good, food is hygienic, and the location is good on the main road , room is spacious. little more cleaning is required in bathroom

Terrible Stay
rooms were very small and service was so slow asked for plates they replied that they do not provide plate for outside food .AC was not working properly no bucket in washroo

Good Stay
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location is close to main areas and Auto is available easily to reach anywhere, Restaurant is not yet started. Being a new property, can be maintained in a better way, yet it was not something bothering. Staff were fully supportive.

Amazing time at ITC
It has been an amazing stay at ITC. Hospitality was very good. My family really had a good time. The room were quite spacious and the food was also amazing. Hotel staff was also very helpful which is very important when you travelling with Kids

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed here when I travelled to Deoghar to visit Baba Mandir and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel is ideally situated with excellent connectivity to the temple, local market, and other key places in the area. The staffs were warm, sincere, and very helpful ( thank you Rakesh and Akshay ji) in guiding us about visiting the mandir and the local market. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I am planning a trip again during the sawan mela and am definitely going to stay here.

The location was convenient, and the amenities provided were mostly satisfactory. However, I did notice a couple of missing items that would have enhanced the stay further. A kettle and cups were not available in the room, which made it inconvenient for preparing tea or coffee. Additionally, there was no mat provided, which would have been helpful near the bathroom area or at the room entrance. These minor shortcomings, while not major issues, slightly impacted the overall convenience. I believe addressing these service gaps would make future stays even better. Despite these small inconveniences, I would consider staying here again for the overall positive experience. **Rating:** 4/5
