I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience at your hotel during my recent stay. Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience i've had, and i feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. Room 202: upon arrival, we were assigned room number 202. When we attempted to use the television, we discovered that the socket was missing, making it impossible to turn the tv on. After reporting this issue, we were moved to room 207. Room 207: the room was nothing like the one shown The description mentioned a "mountain view" but there were no mountains anywhere near the hotel. The room's sockets were also non-functional, leaving us unable to charge our phones. Maintenance issues: the bathroom had several problems, including missing toiletries, a leaking flush tank, and a leaking commode. This clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance and care in maintaining the facilities. Breakfast: the complimentary breakfast was another letdown. We were asked to have it delivered via room service, but the limited options (just pratha and bread toast) were not only underwhelming but also not worth the price. We ordered both, but neither was enjoyable. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues mentioned. I would appreciate a response regarding how these matters will be handled in the future.
