Every thing was Good including Food, staff is also good. Good property to stay.. services is also good.. overall good experience.

Bathrooms are not working properly. Rooms are not maintained properly

Last week i stayed in this hotel but it was totally a below average experience.First of all the main attraction of the hotel (swimming pool) it's climbing grill was weak and the floor across the pool was very slippery so technically that pool though clean is quite useless for people above that and strictly no for people above 40 ( if non-swimmers) because there was no guard around.Food was strictly below average and rooms were out dated like dharamshalas in 80s era and you can have one more wonderful experience of bathing with big spiders in the bathroom so strictly keep your eyes wide open while bathing.The other attraction was cafe which was though well made but it was strictly non functional and the manager bluntly told me that it is just for ratings.Moreover they didn't provided basic toileteryLike shampoo and soap so guys please stay away from this budget you can stay in bagora heights hotel or hotel tea bud they are much better hotels with great surroundings in similar or maybe even Better surroundings.

All is ok, it's a good experience in swimming pool.

Bad hotel with dirty washroom food quality is so poor.
Don't stay ever here chicken is find in veg food.

I think all is well. Hotel is slightly away from the main road so it's calm no traffic noise.

Place was good, but, far from Dharamshala. Room door was noising. Room furniture look very cheap. Use of swimming pool was complementary, use of towel charging Rs. 30 seemed odd. Tap in the bathroom, especially for shower, not working. Suggested solution for bathroom and door noise

Location of the hotel is awesome. But rooms are not clean specially bathrooms. Facilities are also OK. Food served in the dinner was yummy but breakfast was not so good. They don't provide mineral water.
