Hotel Sagar Residency - Best Mountain view Hotel in Palampur

Stay was horrible as in spite of booking AC deluxe no AC remote was provided No spread of breakfast and much hesitation for providing breakfast as choice was limited Not allowed to have drinks on terrace and demanded 200 per bottle as we did not used their bar

Hotel location aur basic facilities theek-thaak the, lekin cleanliness bilkul satisfactory nahi thi. Bedsheet aur pillow cover dono pe stains the, jo clearly washed nahi lag rahe the. Staff ko cleanliness pe thoda aur dhyaan dena chahiye — especially bedding hygiene par. Agar ye issue improve ho jaye toh stay experience kaafi better ho sakta hai.

Sagar residency is ideally located away from the hustle bustle of local traffic on a picturesque location. The view from well-appointed room window is so mesmerizing that one can sit in the balcony for hours. The food is delicious. A must mention is the always smiling front desk and other staff members, specifically the restaurant Manager who was so accurate to your requirements. will definitely stay at this property on our future visits to palampur. Highly recommend

A really hot room fan doesn't help out in such hot weather. We stayed for one day only the wc didn't have water in flush first and the wc jet was not working need to call reception for that. During checkin they didn't even gave us any idea about the timing of restaurant, what was the number of reception and all other things. Wifi was not even working properly every-time it get disconnected have to reconnect after every hour. Couldn't connect the wifi with the tv even the staff don't know how to connect. We had included breakfast all-so but really really less options for breakfast no buffet only few items they provided. Everything i asked specially packed juices was also not available in breakfast i asked them 2 glasses of juices they said yes and then they got to know they don't have enough juice only one glass could be done. For dinner i asked them for some slices of lemon for salad next morning while paying got to know it was chargeable. It was really terrible stay for us and we stayed for one night only and i'm lucky that we stayed only one night i would not visit this place again at all.
