Room was neat and clean, staff was very friendly. Easy to locate. easy to find rickshaw, rapido and groceries.

Room was neat and clean, staff was well dressed and groomed, their nature was good too and very cooperative. Very easy check-in process. Looking forward to visiting again. They even let me choose my room according to me, that was something new for me but it was a good over-all experience.

The hotel room was very much inorganized and dirty. there is no facility by any hosts. stains in bed, jammed door and shower leakage etc.

Rooms were smelly and lonley...no staffs no management... changed 5 rooms still not got any good room.... Scary rooms.. no water...stay in the road but not in this hotel. terrible 😞 experience worst experience

Hotel maintenance is poor Bedsheets are not clean/washed on regular basis, wash room basin pipe is leakage from many months last stayed on April month but still as it is.

pathetic hotel. no maintenance. room was filthy. bed sheets were not changed. lots of mosquitoes. wash room was worst. much was lying in a corner. foul smell of urine was there . wc closet was broken. lift was not functioning. I had to carry my luggage upto second floor. I checked out early and stayed in a different hotel.

WAS GOOD & CLEAN HYGENIC STAY AT THE CITY HEARTLAND OF RAIPUR - KATORA TALAB. I USUALLY STAY HERE WHENEVER I AM IN THE RAIPUR CITY.

One of the worst stays I have had. Hair on the bedsheets and pillow. Lipstick marks on the walls and pillow cover. Bedsheets had yellow stains. Toilet flush not working. Big size rats coming from the open sinkhole in the bathroom. When i complained to the manager he refused to give me another room. So I had check out and search for another hotel. Please do some inspection on the condition of the rooms.

service is good 👍🏻 and hotel staff good communication. room all need available. my favourite hotel Krishna plaza ❤️
