Review Of HOTEL SWAGATH GRAND

I didn't like the maintaince

Rooms is smells rotten cupboards, noisy fan and dusty. May be not used so many days. Looks like they are choosy in providing room because of cost and for online booking.

No Room Service No Geyser Working No Cleanliness I stayed for 4 days from 15th August to 19th August. No arrangement for Coffee Tea etc.

The location was fine . But the room was non functional no hot water , the fan also doesn’t work properly given the humidity

Room was clean but power cut problem on this location..., staff also very good

Location was good , staff are also very best early chekin available . The concern was about room and bathroom . No cloth hanger was provided onside cupboard , only single bed blanket was provided , bathroom fucket was unserviciable

Very bad. Rooms were not clean. Broken bathroom doors. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Cupboard were in very bad condition. Not recommend for family stays.

The hotel was in terrible state. No cleanliness, no proper lights, dirty closets, nothing to be called as hotel

Poor Ambience. Full of mosquito 🦟 and worst complimentary towels...rooms are not maintaing well...

It was good stay the rooms were okayish should have maintained more hygiene.

Location n staff behaviour is excellent but hotel condition not upto the mark n mosquito n other insects bite me no hygiene maintain

Place is cool. But staff had done some argument for providing room in starting. This behaviour need to be improve. Room is decent.

Neatness and cleanliness to be improved. No on site restaurant. Surrounding area not clean.

Room looks like a typical old style loadge with no hot water, stained bed sheets, smelling blankets and i would never comeback or refer this property to anyone. Sooo cheap and no ventilation in the room. Please remove from your list or else people stop using makemytrip as well.

Needs to improve a lot. There are many uncomfortable things in this property which are explained to the hotel manager and shown personally. Bad experience

Reception is good. Room is good, heater 24hrs available. Everything is well cleaned

I found the property through makemytrip website, decent stay for low budget. Property located near by lakshmi temple.

Rooms are not clean and felt cigarette smell the moment entered the room although they applied air freshener. Mattresses are torn and dirty. Wouldn't recommend unless there is no option

Pleasant and comfortable stay. Service levels are good. Room service is up to the mark. Room is clean neat barring small issues mentioned above.
