Property is good and the location is also close to the Kudal bus stand. 12 min away. The only problem is the insects in the night. May be it was due to rains. It was raining heavily 2 days prior my stay. But the owner is nice and humble the staff is polite and helpful

The room was decent, but hygiene standards were not maintained. Flooring and balcony were not cleaned. Staff is polite. In short the property is good but not maintained.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice, well equipment and had a nice balcony. Quiet location about 1km from the centre. Very good restaurant closed by.

Room was smelling with hukka. And bathroom drainage system was not working. Curtains in the bathroom were dirty
Bathroom was dirty did not washed and flushed. Bad smell was coming while we entered in the room. Hotel was closed and locked when we reached outside the hotel.
