Everything about the hotel is good except the bed size. In Make my Trip, the bed size was shown as king bed but it was actually less than queen size

By booking through MMT, they treat us unimportant abd given very small room and rest room was too uncomfortable. no response at all. It’s good for 2 person, but the room size is too less. But the rooms are clean

it is unsafe for women and girls. The room boy was misbehaved in the early morning at 5 am.

Very near (walkable) to Padmavati ammavari temple. Stay is good. Receiving is cool. They did not force us to take extra room though we were five. We stayed in a/c room for only 4 hours as we have train in the evening.

The person at the reception is customer oriented, guided us well. Much appreciable. Need to improve on Room Service requirement. Minimum Water bottle should be provided to the Guest, which is lacking.

Rooms are different from photos. He charged me rs. 500 more for double bed room. Which i already booked it. They shown and return king size bed but actually on location he has queen size bed.

it's OK service . the receptionist was not polite Room is neat, but no towel was provided, inspite of asking repeatedly

The stay at surya grand was pretty decent, the hotel is near to the padmavathi ammavari temple the size of the room was small the hotel can be booked just for fresh up not for proper rest. The hotel didn't provide any accessories like towel, bath soap and shampoo.

Good response from hotel staff. Clean rooms. Near to temple. Best price. Best amenities. We have not taken food because of early morning dharshan

They are not giving assistance. Didnt give tv remote, towels, drinking water. Bed sheets are used. And not washed

Stay is comfortable but we are troubled by fixed check in check out timings, which can be fixed as per individual itinerary in future. With regards sairamesh

One of the worst hotels i have ever came across. I had booked and paid also for a single room. While i came to checkin, they told the site was booked completely. They put me into a terrible situation at 10pm in the night think twice before visiting.

Room and hygiene was excellent, great place to stay.

The room we slept on the night was getting noises like home theatre was playing outside or someone was kicking on your door slowly. I can't sleep single minute. I just off my ceiling fan and i checked it, because the noise was camed from the fall ceiling, when the fan was running it sounds like an bass from the top. Even the fan was not placed properly near bed it was on the 2feets away from the bad. Please don't stay if you are going to take rest or deep sleep. You will be totally disturbed here
