My recent experience with a hotel booked was extremely disappointing. The hotel staff were unwelcoming and outright offensive, discriminating against us for booking .When we requested a room upgrade due to poor weather conditions and were willing to pay extra, they rudely dismissed us, saying.This attitude caused significant inconvenience.The room conditions were equally appalling. The bed mattresses were unclean and infested with bed bugs, making it impossible to rest comfortably. Ventilation was inadequate, with dirty windows and curtains that had a foul odor. Overall, the lack of basic hygiene and poor service made this stay unbearable. I expected better standards from a booking and this experience has left me highly dissatisfied.
