Location is good. main entrace is good. However bath room is dirty. room is ok. front desk staff Monu was nice. It is walkable distance to BITS maingate and markets are very close by. Overall, ok place to stay for few days.

It is near bus stop and service boy is charming. The road which goes to hotel is shaddy place. Food is good but price is too high. Overall good experience. Bits pilani is at distance of approx 400mtrs

The service boy was very good and supportive. Food quality was also good. If u have to attend any official activities or some family function near to that location, then it's a good choice to have a short stay there.

It was overall a very bad experience. The hotel building actually looks great from outside, but inside it is like a below average village lodge. Rooms are ok ok. No facilities even like the tea kettle. No hot water in the bathroom for bath. Had to pursue multiple times early morning to give some hot water. The staff is not trained or professional, just some couple of local boys doing everything. Behavior not very courteous. Not flexible even for 15 minutes about breakfast timing.

Me, my wife and my daughter travel-led to pilani for a personal visit. We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel staff were courteous and helping nature. The aminities peovided were ok. The room and bath room are spacious. The quality of bed provided for sleeping is not that good. It looks old.

Big hotel, with good rooms and decent staff. Location is very convenient as it's close to the pilani bus stand and the bits pilani campus, a good place for parents to stay when visiting their children

Hotel was clean, staff were good, cordial, location was nearby to bus stand. Food quality was good. Bar area also good except for the issue of smoking which is not preferable as passive smokers. Only problem we faced was availability of hot water for which we struggled.
