There is no service, staff behaviour is also not healthy and co-operative, rooms are in very bad condition and no room service available, bed and washroom are too bad and not clean, no amenities are in hotel, overall stay not like in hotel. The hotel was like the below lodge category. Breakfast not available. Overall we faced too many problems during our stay and now we never stay at this type of hotel.

Poor service. Poor condition no soap in bathroom quality of food does not feel like a safe hotel

Very bad hotel. No water in toilets for bathing and for toilet. All guys are sleeping and after so many calls no one was wake-up for our complaint. So without bath & toilet we checked out at 6am today morning.

Grand welcome with welcome drink and visit all room for my convenience.

Not good food + not very clean

Value for money and very convenient location in terms of proximity to bits campus. Excellent for parents and bits students visiting the first time to complete the admission process at bits. However it is advisable to confirm with the hotel much ahead of the check-out if payments have been settled. They have a tendency to claim that payment was not received and hope you will pay again in the hurry to leave.

Service, cleanliness and food quality can be worst than these.
No safety standard followed at all. Reputation of make my trip is being compromised for earning money.

It was a very moderate stay at the Hotel. The food was not good at all. The rooms were clean. The staff was also nice for us.

The hotel is small, with about 6 rooms available. It is apparently a new hotel, but it felt like it had been untouched for a decade. The TV didn't work, the remote was broken, the bathroom was far too cramped, no availability of food. Reception was unmanned for the majority of our stay. Location mentioned in MMT is false.

Food was good but service was very poor, washroom was very dirty, no maintenance was not good like any good hotel.
