Review Of Hotel Sungold Jaisalmer

The room was spacious enough for 3 adults. The terrace view was good. The non veg food delivered was of very good quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nearest auto point was walkable. Very hospitable staff available any time. The hotel was occupied and full. We arrived early and were given another room to rest until our room was ready. We checked out late and paid a very nominal price.

It was the most terrible stay. No hot water, unclean room, bedsheets, towel. There is no proper staff. I request makemytrip for delist this property. Wherein we have paid so much for room, it feels pathetic.

Best hotel in jaisalmer! beautifully swimming pool gave her a break from the city. Just 10 min. Into the fort, walking through the local market, give us the possibility to enjoy also the ambiance outside the most tourist part of jaisalmer. Personal working here became as friends, making "everything possible" as they say. We felt as at home. Perfect rooftop restaurant with amazing food and good price. I could stay all my holidays here! without doubt, will i come back
