the experience was good , as the rooms are cleaned and big. apart from this the management is also good , receptionist is polite and it is value for money experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for stay in tirupati. nice hotel nice staff

Poor Stay
Only good thing is romm is spacious. Room was smelling bad, insects in wash room, toilet pipes inside room, balcony n enterance was not clean.

The room you have Stayed is 206 which is a premium room in our property. It has a balcony and very spacious one. If you open the balcony and remain it without closing flies may enter into the room which nobody can avoid. No pipes in the whole property where inside the room. Even in bathroom pipes will not be visible that's how we constructed and i don't know which one you have seen. And extremely sorry if the room smelled bad, i will ensure and warn our staff and thank you for informing us sir. It was pleasure hosting you and please do visit again we will take care of every issue you have mentioned and wont repeat it again.

Overall Rating: \star\star\star (3/5 - Just Okay) Stayed for: 1 Night (3 Persons) Check-in/out: 2 PM / 11 AM The Good: Spacious Room: Generous room size with ample space. Comfort: New and comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. Amenities: Reliable hot water and good Wi-Fi connectivity. New Property: Appears to be a relatively new establishment. Value: Decent value for the price charged for three people. Areas Needing Major Improvement: Storage (Major Flaw): No cupboards/wardrobes in the room, which is a significant inconvenience for luggage and clothes. Customer Service: Lack of proper, supportive staff from both reception and other working personnel. Housekeeping: Improvement is necessary in housekeeping service and maintenance. Communication: No intercom facility in the room. Summary: An affordable and new place with spacious, comfortable rooms, but severely lacking in basic amenities (storage) and professional staff support. Only recommend if looking for a budget stay and are willing to overlook the service and storage issues.

New hotel is sou spacious and clean.. we came at 3 AM in morning due to delay in Tirumal temple visit but they welcome us and provide the clean check-In and pickup the call at the late night tooo ...

Average Stay
The check-in process was minimal, just an entry in a register. But the main thing happened before the check-in. At the time of booking, the hotel staff assured me that we would have full set of plates & cutlery for whenever we order food from outside (because there is no restaurant in the hotel). However, when I requested for 3 sets of plates and cutlery, they denied having cutlery and sent plates instead. While they were quite polite, it serves as a reminder that promises are only half true. We had a pleasant stay of course, but the room was quite basic. There was no TV remote, no towels, no napkins, no desk lamp or any electric kettle etc. Most hotels in this price range offer these things. We had to call them for water bottles (and they promptly brought them to us) but I couldn't see any water dispenser anywhere. The entire building is new but not a very comfortable one due to the lack of basic amenities like doormats or intercom phones. Purely because I had the staff mobile number I could call them, else I would have had to go downstairs each time. One good thing is that they had Wifi which worked well. There were no disruptions like general hotel Wifi connections, maybe because of the lack of occupancy. I would definitely prefer staying here again because it was simple and basic (with a slightly higher price point) but yes I would return.

Thank you for your valuable feedback sir. We are providing Towels, Tissues, Plates and Cutleries for sure. Towels we keep in room while room was setting up itself. Don't know what happened and i will make sure it wont repeat to any other guests. Electric kettle is available at reception and we are providing that to all guest who ever needed. We sticked a sticker in every room mentioning our two phone numbers and wifi details for 24/7 assistance. Coming to wifi part its a 1GBPS highspeed wifi which is sufficient to whole property with 100% occupancy. And its my pleasure hosting you and thank you once again for bringing the issues to my notice. Please do visit again sir.

There were no restaurants nearby everytime we had to order throughonline food delivery apps and the most annoying thing was the receptionist took more than half an hour to just check in and that was irritating, besides that rooms were clean , bathrooms were hygiene
