hotel is new and the staff were very courteous and helpful, complimentary breakfast was really good

Room is kept neat with all essentials. Staff are very polite and helped in finding information from local sources. They even arranged transport at reasonable price to reach Alipiri mettlu. If restaurant facility can be provided, it would be great

Hotel was newly build, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean. Location was perfect for exploring the city, it is very near to srinivasam ticket counter and near by temples i will recommend this hotel for all types of customers. I have taken breakfast with extra cost it was very good.

The property is easily accessible from the main road. The rooms are clean. Parking is our risk😏 No covered or reserved parking. Nearby vacant land is used for it. Complimentary breakfast comes from outside as there is no restaurant in the property. As we didn’t have the food, no comments. It would be better if there’s a fresh air fan in the wash room. As we checkout on our own we had to wait until their staff checked the room 😳

No food they serve ...service is very poor they do not intercom facility in room therefore cannot refer this hotel

We had booked two rooms. They were clean and in very good state. Hotel staff was very cooperative. They even came out of their way to give us their bike when no travel was available late in the evening.

Rooms are small but clean no food & refreshing drink facility. Average hotel as per amenities

Bed linen and toilets weren't clean, bed spread was soiled a bit and the ac wasn't enough for that big room (family suite room, and the price in reality was less than what i've had paid through make my trip as they were offering it for 3k it self

Its not at all good poor service people are so negliancy no proper water, no plates to eat no shampoos

Mm t should make it suitable to indian users. Most of the tourist and travellers are reaching their destination morning only. 12am to 12am will not be beneficial. Lodges taking advantage and charge more, i paid rs 600 more after negotiation, having reached at 4. 30am can't pay for 2 days stay. Lodge is kept neat and clean
