HOTEL SITAR GRAND

The hotel was good with clean rooms and reasonable price. The location was close to the highway and easily accessible. Overall a good experience. We had stayed in the same place last year also and so booked again for this year as well.The room category of 5 bedroom and 3 bedroom was ideal for family trips.

Rooms not cleaned properly, and the bathrooms are too small, bed sheets not washed, too much distance from outside.

Far from temple ,below average not even worth the price , should be half price what its worth for.

Room was clean and neat, good enough for a solo traveller. Staff were friendly and helpful. Slightly away from city centre, about 2.7 kms to Railway Station. Peaceful place, beautiful lake behind Sitar Grand Hotel. Hot water was not available. No restaurants nearby, but Swiggy/Zomato were available. Overall good place for solo traveller or family.

Decent rooms, no issues ! Staff is amicable and helpful, ordered tea & coffee in morning and service is good !

The room was neat and well maintained.. but no food you need to order from outside. they will provide only disposable plates. you need to chase the staff for any service like room cleaning or any issues. TV recharge is also not done even after multiple times request . Only plus points are budget friendly, good view from the balcony.

Rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. Reception and housekeeping were polite and always available. Hotel is near to the main city with an amazing view of tirumala hills.

Hotel is good, but spring mattress are very old. We got back pain while sleeping one night. And there is no tea and coffee near around, for small shopping also we have move long walk.

Hotel sitar grand has well maintained the rooms. Had a very good experience in there. Recommended for stay in tirupati

the hotel was good. value for money. but can improve a lot... hot water took a long time to come. the health faucet was not working properly. room was fairly good... there was only one blanket for two people. otherwise the hotel is pretty clean and tidy keep up the good job. God bless 🙏

Room provided was very neat and clean. well maintained property. Lodge is in good location also, very peaceful.

The rooms have cockroach roaming around. They barely come for room service. They expect you to use towel given on day one for the rest of the stay in hotel.

Accommodation booking process was very nice. Hotel room is also nice but accommodating extra bed was congested. Of course we could see some small black ants but we took care.

The hotel room was neat and clean but the hotel should ensure the following points: 1. While booking a room, early check in possible msg is displayed but in the hotel, they are telling your check time 12. 00 clock, after telling the above (early check in possible) then given one room for waiting till our allotted room gets ready. 2. Towel, kettle, water bottle, floor mate dustbin etc after our claim only they are providing but these items are included in the booking. 3. Nearby tea shop/ hotel not available it is very un comfortable to those people coming from other places. 4. Tv available but recharge not done after our repeated reminders only they recharged. 5. Our suggestion is that before allotting the room the hotel should ensure that all the items are available as per the booking allotment.

The hotel is excellent in all respect.

Comfortable stay for families with all basic amenities and good comfy beds and 2 washrooms. Only drawback is there are no restaurents in walkable distance.
