The hotel room was neat and clean but the hotel should ensure the following points: 1. While booking a room, early check in possible msg is displayed but in the hotel, they are telling your check time 12. 00 clock, after telling the above (early check in possible) then given one room for waiting till our allotted room gets ready. 2. Towel, kettle, water bottle, floor mate dustbin etc after our claim only they are providing but these items are included in the booking. 3. Nearby tea shop/ hotel not available it is very un comfortable to those people coming from other places. 4. Tv available but recharge not done after our repeated reminders only they recharged. 5. Our suggestion is that before allotting the room the hotel should ensure that all the items are available as per the booking allotment.

We are glad that you found our rooms are clean.
1. Free Early check-in's are subject to availability sir which is mentioned at the time of booking, if room is not available we will provide alternate room until the room is ready.
2. Once the booked room is allotted we will provide all the amenities.
3. We do provide room service, but still if guest want to go out for Tea/Coffee/restaurant couple of multi cuisine hotels are in waklable distance.
4. We had a tie up with dish network they do recharges every month but the point here is all setup boxes need to be switched on at the time of recharge, practically it's not possible as guest will be occupied in the rooms, so if there is any issue we will do TV refresh from our side when we recieve request from guest.
