Poor Stay
They have provided the worst room in their hotel I suppose. Don't go through MMT even if it says value stay. They treat you as if you are paying nothing if gone through MMT. Not so cozy stay.. room quality felt as if I was paying 10% of the money I paid

We provided you complementary Wi-Fi, Tea-coffee kettle, Milk powder, free parking, food on oder at discounted prices for in house guest. We provide 6'' spring matress with duvet, 4 pillows and cushon covers. We didnt hear any complaints during your stay. We could have done something if you have had reached to us during the stay. Even during the checkout, in the inhouse review you have written "All Ok". We have called you, multiple times to know the reason for low rating. we didnt get any response from you. We request you to let us know the issue faced by you, to make your future stays better. We provide excellent services at budget prices. If you are expecting good services for pennies. Convenient location
Stayed a day at the hotel. Below is the honest feedback Pros: 1. Good Staff. Eager and willing to help. 2. Decent location. close to 1 km to station. Cons: 1. Non functional AC. the AC was old and it was horrible in the city's sultry weather. The staff tried to fix but the unit itself was not functional. Check the AC before accepting the room. 2. They might not allow early check in for online bookings as a policy. It is accepted only for offline booking.

We will Change the room, when Guest doesn't feel Comfortable. You could have informed it to the front desk that attendant couldn't solve the issue. 2. We have multi-Cuisine restaurant serving food from 8:00 am to 2:00 am, not just breakfast. 3. We are 500 meters away from railway station not 1km. 4. We allow early-checkin for all bookings (Subjected to availability). Only in cases where guest stays are above 24 hours we charge the early check-in's or Late Checkout's. You could have approached front office during the stay. We could have either changed the room or used much more powerful mosquito repellant. Anyways, camphor diffuser and all-out machines are made available in all the rooms. Regular pest control is done periodically. Lots of mosquitoes may come in to the room when windows aren’t closed properly. Otherwise, there are very less chances of mosquitoes in the rooms. We really enjoyed hosting you. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you need — from an exhaust fan and shower to reliable hot water. Room service is just a phone call away and always prompt. One of the best parts is that you can order food and settle the bill during checkout. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and offers a wide variety. While they don't allow cancellations, they’re happy to provide replacements without any hassle. Overall, Hotel Sun Square delivers on every front — location, service, cleanliness, and comfort.
