Review Of HOTEL SUKHVILAS

Food &staff is good .However staff is not professional. Basic toiletries are missing ,We asked for towel 3 to 4 times then received. They asked us to fill water by self from adjacent building .Not worth it.Very dispointing from MMT .Such properties should not be rate 4 .

Very Nice, My old age parents got ground Rooms , Food is simple and home made, quantity was also good.

In room i didn't recieve packaged water bottle. Washroom was not comfortable, tv not working, ac remote was not provided, kettle was not provided, behaviour of management was disappointing.

the room offered to us was in terrible condition with basic facilities like fan not working, windows couldn't be opened etc. pantry services poor.

Heater wasn't provided even if the temp was around 10 degrees wifi wasn't working bathroom door wasn't closing

Hot water was not available and geyser was not working properly. Switchboards in room were also old and broken.

Pathetic experience, we booked 2 premium room, but we're allotted only one room, staff said adjust it, finally at night were given 2nd room besides kitchen, nothing premium like. Lots of noises etc disturbing night. Staff was forcing us to co-operate them as we booked 2 rooms but they were not having rooms. What we could do as already paid for 2 room, it feels like they charged from us for the 2nd room and they charged it from another too, and made twice of money for the same room. Property don't believe in hospitality, this property is basically nearby a hospital, so, only people who are in medical urgency books it, and they hand over your room to them and ask you to help medical care people on the name of humanity. Cheating makemytrip and cheating people who books it

Stay was very nice, comfortable and peaceful. Neet and clean accommodation with well maintained staff is also good and polite

First of all this property is not for staying, I paid 700 for dinner and 200 appx for Breakfast, I reached at 7PM and owner provided dinner very low quality at 9 when I asked for tea he denied, at Breakfast owner told me in meal plan no Paratha shall be given only poha? what is all this bulshit. there was not Light for 3 Hrs in morning, attitude of Owner is so pathetic, no one should stay there as this is not for stay, Owner is very rich he will never care for customer he is just enjoying with guest money.

Poor room service and annoying staff and manager staff dont know how to treat with customers, name is only sukhvilas other than that there is no sukh in the property

Very expensive hotel with no facilities, even simple complementary breakfast does not have tea included in it, very bad management and staff, even after asking 10 time for a cup of tea they never pay any heed. I was there for a exam and because exam center was close by i chose this hotel. Bad experience and terrible management of the owners.

It was okay but no so good considering the room cost.

Room is not good as per commitment commitment, break fast is not given by them day when i checked in they give me deluxe room in a contraction site, i am requesting and offering some extra money then they my room, it's small room with small bed, we are 4 people and it's two we are staying only because my wife is pa-sent and we come only her treatment.

Very spacious homely environment in the middle of the city. We stayed for 3 days. Ample parking space. Friendly staff

Overall stay was good. Outside ambience is nice. Hotel service is on time. Rooms are a bit small but it is ok for a short stay.

Had a terrible night. As the other group of late checked in guests were very loud and almost just outside of my room there was a sit out area, where all of them assembled and making noice till 1 am in the night. Hotel management was aware of that and they didn't take any action

Firstly, we booked a deluxe room but the manager gave us a standard room and did not show us the deluxe room. Then the food given was out of the refrigerator without heating. However, the cooks are very nice and cook good food.

It was a short and beautiful stay at this place. Service was really quick and good. Evryone was very polite.
