Stay is very nice the food is also nice hotel staff is very good .they can give all amenities very good stay if I go bhopal again I definitely vistit to stay in this hotel

Location is good but hotel have very difficult to find room is not good old and dirty bed sheets very old and dirty breakfast is very limited option not good

Great Food/ Great Stay/ Great In-house Sports amenities- Centrally located but they should work on breakfast

Let me start -1 When I reached at reception no body was there to help in check in -2 not al all value for money- mattress was very poor in quality 3- hot water not coming in tab 4- service was very poor in quality and towels keeps inside was very old

The hotel ambiance was wonderful. The staff was very supportive and soft spoken.

Reception staff are good and well communicative. The Mattress quality is bad, room and washroom are not well maintained, breakfast is served at 8.30 and it is served in the corridor. Doesn't match to 4 star hotel. Should be 2 star hotel.

Its a horrific experience dont ever book a room here if you want play with your safety and with your belongings. These guys dont take any accountability about your belongings and about your luggae. They kept my room open from morning 9am to night 10pm and none of the staff is aware about this till the time i came back to the hotel. And when i raised the serious issue they thre manager simply said these things can happen you dont worry, and i am sorry for this. All these lame excues were given rather than seriously looking at the concern. This is purely a lodge with fake 4star rating. Dont ever visit here specially female guests alone this is not at al safe place to be here...

I liked the hotel staff very much, the location of the hotel was very good, this type of place where a boy named Akshat is a good guide, good behavior, good experience, very nice presence, very helpful
