Location of the hotel was ok but I am surprised how make my trip recommend this hotel room for 4 people. The bed is the Double bed room was only for single person and we were 4 people and had a nightmare sleeping. Asked for a room with a king size bed and it was not available. Also the beds provided were not at all comfortable. I have been using Make my trip for several trips over several years but this was not at all a good recommend. The phone in the room was not working when we tried to call the reception and even the bathroom door was tight and we had a tough time. The reception never sent any staff when we called them for some help with joining the beds. It was the worst experience ever. Make my trip should have provided the size of the beds as well in the description to avoid such confusion.

The hotel should not have been shown by MakeMyTrip as the accommodation was not sufficient for 4 people. Each of the beds was enough for just one person. Service was also not good enough. Worst experience for the first time with a reservation with MakeMyTrip. We could not sleep through the night

As per the google map it was a maze. Difficulty in reaching the property. Staff not courteous. Did not find any restaurant in their premises.

Firstly, hotel was in a very location surrounded by garbges, train sound and bad smell. Secondly, hotel doesn't have proper geyser and air conditioning. They switch on these only for certain time which is-bout of scope for one to imagine. Further the wifi doesn't connect at all and even google com takes ages to open. I have booked room including breakfast. They don't have dining facility so they get break fast from roadside hotels and that too only one item. I asked for a coffee, they asked me to make coffee of my own from powdered milk provided in the room. I never had such a terrible stay any where.

It was a nice stay at the hotel, i had a bad experience last time around but this time they made me feel more comfortable and provided a 7 star experience which is why it compensated for my bad experience so i gave them 5 start rating

Good location & staff and the hotel was new but the amenities were not upto the mark. No wifi, and limited toiletries.

Easy to locate, it's off platform. No 1, of bhimavaram station. Rooms are good quick check inn nice room toiletries in place friendly staff
