location is good, but the rooms have poor quality doors which are not freely moving. staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms also have heavy weird smell probably from room spray used

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The amenities mentioned were not available, and the room maintenance was terrible. Cleanliness was completely lacking — cockroaches were roaming on and around the bed, and to make matters worse, I even found a centipede in my room. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had at a hotel.

The hotel was not clean. Bed sheets weren’t completely clean. No towels provided. Brush/paste only one set was provided. Floor was damp. Bathrooms were just average. Water flow in wash basin was quite low. No hot water.

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. In each and every point the hotel lacks starting from reception, room service, bathroom is very dirty and no water in bath room. My stay in the hotel was a disaster.
