location not bad we don’t teast food

I was in Bhimavaram on official travel and chose Sri Pranams. A neat and new place but its approach is not so good

Excellent stay. Very smooth check in and check out process. Staff response was good. Rooms were clean and hygiene

I stayed for one night and it was average You had to call reception for hot water and parking was OK Washroom was decent and property is new

Not hygienic, no cleanliness, no hot water , very bad service and the hotel service was not frindly have to be very clean

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable and not at all professional; they did not know how to treat guests appropriately. Due to this unsatisfactory service, I had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately without staying overnight. Such an experience is extremely disappointing and is the first time I’ve encountered such poor service in my life.

The sheets, the towels, the rooms, the staff everything is just bad, idk why they charge so much, for a single adult booking they gave me a double bed room, terrible experience !!

Location of the hotel was ok but I am surprised how make my trip recommend this hotel room for 4 people. The bed is the Double bed room was only for single person and we were 4 people and had a nightmare sleeping. Asked for a room with a king size bed and it was not available. Also the beds provided were not at all comfortable. I have been using Make my trip for several trips over several years but this was not at all a good recommend. The phone in the room was not working when we tried to call the reception and even the bathroom door was tight and we had a tough time. The reception never sent any staff when we called them for some help with joining the beds. It was the worst experience ever. Make my trip should have provided the size of the beds as well in the description to avoid such confusion.

The hotel should not have been shown by MakeMyTrip as the accommodation was not sufficient for 4 people. Each of the beds was enough for just one person. Service was also not good enough. Worst experience for the first time with a reservation with MakeMyTrip. We could not sleep through the night

It is little difficult to find the location since adjoins to railway station street; noise about train , remain it’s good

As per the google map it was a maze. Difficulty in reaching the property. Staff not courteous. Did not find any restaurant in their premises.
