good location, nice connectivity to all the areas nearby cidco chowk. nice room and supportive staff

Select this hotel only when you have no options or if you like to stay in dirty rooms. we booked two deluxe rooms and to our surprise the pictures shown on MMT doesn't match with the actual room. the pillow covers were not changed, there were hairs on the blanket, spider webs, cigarette buds, dirty kettle and cups. the curtains in the rooms have turned black. very bad maintenance.

The properties is okay to just sleep for a night my experience here was quite unbalanced upon checking, asked for water, so they provided only one water bottle and said if you need more, it’s chargeable they have kettles in room, but no sugar, coffee pouches, and milk pouches but later on upon asking and calling mmt, they provided all the stuff without any charges but my point is one should not deny basic amenities !

Stay was really nice, hotel is also located at the centre of the city. overall experience is good. Staff is also very polite and helpful

Breakfast not good need to. Improve it need to provide some options for selection even charges also taken high.

My stay at hotel sonia was comfortable, hotel have small rooms suitable for small family, it's a budget hotel with all necessary things around, they allow you to order food from swiggy also provide plates, they have ample amount of staff, staff is cooperative, car parking is available in basement which is safe, i would recommend this hotel to those who want a budget option and not going to spend lot of time in room but going to go outside to explore tourist places and going to come back to sleep. Overall its is a safe and budget hotel for 1-2 night stay.

The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a bathtub that made for a perfect soak after a long day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was it was closer to cidco bus stand, highway touch, the street view from my room, which added a special touch to the overall ambiance. The service was instant and efficient; any request i had was promptly attended to by the courteous staff. Overall, my stay at hotel sonia was delightful and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay in the city.

Overall the room was clean but i saw a few spots in the bath tub and the ceiling fan was dirty.

The stay was very comfortable, the staff was very cooperative and helpful. Located at ideal spot for business and leisure. Best part is that they say it is pet friendly. Will get my furry family member next time.

Room was spacious but hygiene amenities were not available, shower was broken, hand soap was not available, shower was barely functional, hot water was not available, limited option for breakfast that too in room. No buffet.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly.

Overall it was a decent stay with proper service. Rooms and toilets were clean. Only drawback is they don’t have kitchen or any room service and food is called from outside.

The gate was not open when i had reached the hotel, there was no water nor tea and coffee sachets. There were no clear instructions regarding the breakfast.
