Very poor stay.
The rooms was dirty, small with old and broken furniture. Behavior of the staffs was indifferent and not helpful. The toilet was dirty. Room was filled with water as it was raining outside and the window couldn't be closed. Don't stay in this hotel.

Terrible Stay
soloProperty is located in market area, room was unclean, co-mod was very dirty and broken, entrance to the hotel is too much meshy. There is many small shops upto second floor and hotel stsrts fro m third floor, no service, very rude staff behaviour, it should not be classified as hotel may be called as below average guest house. They will extra rupees 300charge from memy, and the manager was told me they will not provide the room which was i booking, there was no ac, tv, and room also not clean, also they told me further i will never booked room

No water in washroom
Very poor experience we had at this hotel. No water in washroom for entire night. Staffs are sooo unprofessional, very bad experience

Pathetic, horrible
I will never book any hotel , images of the hotel rooms uploaded are totally different from the actual condition of the rooms, actual rooms are stinky, bedsheets are very dirty, pillow are stained with dark colour, so i left the room without staying there. I booked another hotel. I want to mentioned the name of the hotel too " hotel somraj regacy agartala.

Not suggested to for business purpose
After looking at the photos thought rooms will be good for staying but ultimately ended with disappointment. Just imagine, the bedsheets, pillow covers were looking like used for another 2 3 guests. Because the booking was non cancelation i didn't demanded anything but somehow spent 2 nights and left for another hotel.

businessRoom not cleaned, small dirty. Ac was not working properly. Flash was not working in the toilet. Too much price for this room. Gave only one parantha as a complementary breakfast. Bad experience. Not going to stay again

soloIn breakfast i have paid 300 rupees extra but i have got it after some serious conversation that is only bread toast and tea. Where that cost is only 110 rupees. So its a very pathetic service.

No power backup, there was a power cut and then dint turned on the dg. I waited there without electricity untill 5pm.
businessRoom was dirty. Old used bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket was there with so much of stains all over the blanket cover.

Not comport-able
Cleaning issue in whole hotel in fact entry also so dirty. Tv not working, poor smell comes in room. Demanding and charged extra money for breakfast.

Poor Stay
Hotel room was very much dirty. Hotel authority provide used bedsheet & pilocover. They didn't provide any towel, balti etc after asking for that so many times. Tv was not working, only the food was good. Other than that everything is problematic. I never recommend any body to stay their.

Worst Experience
Rooms were so unhygienic, windows, bed sheets, bathroom were pathetic to use...leakage of water from, uncleaned.overall an unhealthy environment. I will never visit there

Excellent location
Located at a busy market place hence access to transport etc is very good. Room was OK, be sure to ask for a room with windows. my room had windows closed for some reason but since the stay was in December hence it didn’t matter much. Food etc prices were reasonable over all a budget hotel so don’t expect frills etc. you get what you pay for
