Hotel is in best location,centre of Ajmer,easy to access all places , Railway station very near,stuff r very nice,food was very delicious, overall excellent hotel

Ac was not working, mosquitoes are there and blankets are not provided even after many times asking

Location wise good. Cleanness and lighting arrangement also good. Internet connectivity in tv and for mobile is good. But hotel has to improve their quality service in toiletries, towel, washroom cleaning. 1- washbasin tap is uneasy to use. No indication for warm and cold water supply. 2- bathroom space is marginal. We cannot comfort while taking shower. Toilet pot (sitting) and shower is adjunct without any seperator on floor. Things are unhygenic. Room space is good.

New hotel big building quite place close to big mall, they provided c leaf ro water and best part was price was so affordable

Good location, rooms and bathroom are very small. Good point is hotel is within a market and that takes care of most issues.
