Check in and out timings are not good, breakfast is not good and room service also worst

Everything was good, nice stay and the main food is too good and Yummy. Room was clean and the staff was decent and quick respond. I would give 4.5 rating for the stay and food. Totally it was a nice experience.

A good atmosphere, main location,easy to access, food was tasty and nice, room service was good, good maintenance.

Hotel accommodation is good. Neat and clean. Food at the restaurant is very nice and at moderate rates. Good to stay at medium rate if not expecting any amenities.

Washrooms are not clean. wifi is not at min speed also. staff is very polite and able to help. thank

Sitara grand is okay kind of a hotel.

Mr. Anil who is at the reception for night shift is always sleepy. My check in at the hotel was delayed & i had a morning flight, for which i had requested a wake up call which i didn't get from him. He is too lazy & was asleep on the couch. Rest everything was fine.

It was not as per the expectation. Washroom had water leakage, room was clean but not upto the level of make my trip, language was issue in hotel, approach was not at all professional arrogance was seen in attitude

Location is good, service excellent and staff very cooperative. Wud recommend to colleagues as well

Hotel was good with the money they charged but the room service was poor, had to call them many times under than that facility was good, food was also way too good than expected. I don't have images

The rooms were average, not exactly up to the mark. There was an issue with hot water for bathing on the first day but then for the rest of the two days things were better. The restaurant is excellent, very nice food and the service of the restaurant waiters is excellent. Overall good to stay next time, but should look forward to improving the room conditions.

Room size was good, amenities were also ok. Some issues with the wc, later i could resolve the flushing. There were mosquitoes in the room and the repellent was not provided inspite of my request dinner was ok. Breakfast spread was limited. I didn't like the taste, it was over spicy and not tasty.
