Basic requirement is AC which was not properly function even the lift was operational at time. food was good

My partner, my 3 cats and I were travelling from Mumbai to Delhi in a car. On the first night, we decided to take a rest and we started looking for places on the highway to stay. However, we didn't find any. Then I googled “pet-friendly hotels near me” and the one that popped up was this hotel. When we reached there they asked for our ids and checked if we were married or not. (weird) Then I made a booking for the night. I went down to bring the babies up and just then they told me pets are not allowed. (Actual fugging fug) Uselessly expensive, bad communication and the owner is rude too. Be aware.

Damp rooms, can’t open windows, cockroaches, at least 4 I saw. No fans, only AC, and remotes don’t really control temperature and the airflow sounds like a storm.

It was a pleasant stay at silver leaf. All amenities are good, maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness. Staff very helpful. Location good.

Hotel silver leaf is one of the best hotels in bharuch district at reasonable rates. Rooms are spacious and neat & clean. Courteous staff. Calm place. Love to stay here. Always stay at this property whenever i am in bharuch.
