Basic requirement is AC which was not properly function even the lift was operational at time. food was good

Very bad for stay light connect also not good even lift are not properly working not easy to lift heavy bag to 3 floor

My partner, my 3 cats and I were travelling from Mumbai to Delhi in a car. On the first night, we decided to take a rest and we started looking for places on the highway to stay. However, we didn't find any. Then I googled “pet-friendly hotels near me” and the one that popped up was this hotel. When we reached there they asked for our ids and checked if we were married or not. (weird) Then I made a booking for the night. I went down to bring the babies up and just then they told me pets are not allowed. (Actual fugging fug) Uselessly expensive, bad communication and the owner is rude too. Be aware.

Damp rooms, can’t open windows, cockroaches, at least 4 I saw. No fans, only AC, and remotes don’t really control temperature and the airflow sounds like a storm.

It was a pleasant stay at silver leaf. All amenities are good, maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness. Staff very helpful. Location good.

Hotel silver leaf is one of the best hotels in bharuch district at reasonable rates. Rooms are spacious and neat & clean. Courteous staff. Calm place. Love to stay here. Always stay at this property whenever i am in bharuch.

It's really good experience all staff is very good and cooperative is really good experience in this hotel.

Food quality was good, no aminites, location was also very good, nice parking space, service needs to improve a lot.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience. The hotel failed to maintain even the most basic amenities. The bathroom was not clean and not maintained properly, the wi-fi was unreliable. Additionally, the staff appeared inexperienced and unprofessional. They struggled to provide assistance and seemed ill-equipped to handle even simple requests. Overall, my stay was far from satisfactory, and i would not recommend it to others.
