Worst hotel I stayed ...AC not working ...water was pouring from AC ...Taps were broken...after 3 hrs they shifted me in another room...but the issues were the same in that room...a big cross ❌ for this hotel...

Lack of basic facility like car parking and staff is not professional

I found this hotel I stayed hotel with my own car. Parking facility terrible. After one hour i found hotel location and parking area. Inspite of continuous call to reception staff also not able to guide me hotel location and car parking area. Check in procedure also terrible at this hotel. They had taken 40 min even after online booking. Hotel is not suitable as star rating shown . Terrible stay.

Had worst experience in this hotel. After checked-in we asked for towel and the answer was you came late and you will not get one. Even after paying online I was asked to pay for room many times and had to argue with him and show the MakeMyTrip application. The manager kept on arguing on payment. The rooms are maintained pathetically. It was not at all clean. The linen had lot is stains and smelly. We were not able to sleep for even 1-2 hours and left at 5 AM. There is no hot water facility. The boy will give you a bucket of water at 7 AM.
