The AC was not working properly, the manager was so unresponsive and rude , no room service, no restaurant

The stay was good
The stay was good, but i was held back for 20 minutes during check out, because they were constantly checking the booking confirmation from make my trip, and that is very humiliating. They also denied to give me a bill.
