The location is centralized. Standard room, good cleanliness & basic amenities. But a tea/coffee maker & small fridge in the room would be helpful. Staff are polite & resourceful. And the food is amazing, in their restaurant below...must taste podi idli, butter masala & puri bhaji ( u can request for aloo bhaji if u want..

it is comfortable stay near and clean. staff is also cordial. safe even for solo. place have its own restaurant pure veg and delicious food.

Good Stay
I chose a Suite over other options...The room was spaciaous, staff was co-operative and most importantly food was authentic south Indian

Did not find worth for day
Bathroom is very small. Hot water didn’t come. Looks like many room had this issue. Saw everyone was there at reception to complain. Tap in bathroom keep leaking. Disturbing at night with sound. Night it rained and even though window is closed, water was leaking inside the room through the window. Bathroom mug was broken, but they replaced after complaining. I took room with breakfast and paid approximately 500 inr extra, but they gave option to select poori or masala dosa or set dosa or idly+vada for 2 persons. We have to select one of this and coffee or tea. If you pay, it will cost only 200 inr. Staff are good. They gave room to refresh when we reached early. our stay in spoorti as luxurious even though we paid as food was excellent and room is 5 times bigger than this, only drawback was distance.

The hotel was clean and the crowd was also decent, the only issue is they don't provide personal hygiene kit when request it the lady at the reception was very rude, insisted that the running this business from 10 years and they have not provided it at any point of time. I had too small kids for kids i wanted a packet of milk to be boiled so that i can put it in the feeding bottle. Had to spend close to 30 minutes to convince them to boil the milk for me

The hotel's location was perfect for me. The receptoon and serving staff was courteous, well mannered, and pleasing to interact with. Had a pleasant stay. Only regret was that, for extra bed (3rd person) the room was a little compact, but clean.

Very odd check in and check out time. Check in time was 8pm and check out was 9am. Have to pay additional 2000 rupees to stay for 2 days

Terrible Stay
Horrible reception staff. No hospitality very very rude. I was checking in at 8pm but ac room was small so asked for upgrade. They made me cancel my booking and re-book and made me wait till 9. 30pm for confirming my second booking. I requested to talk to manager but they refused to call the manager or even tell their name. Upgraded room had the smell of pesticide. Room was not cleaned daily. Did not feel very safe. No basement parking.

Ĺocation is very good particularlywith easy access to various outlets of food and good connections. Complimentary breakfast was not provided but it was included in the itinerary.. Room is not maintained properly not worth the amount
