Hotel Pleasant Stay

The room was clean but the bedsheets and pillow covers were stained and looked very unhygienic.

Nice hotel, well clean, good quality fan , well behaved staff quick response, and polite behaviour , towel and pillows are clean.

Worst rooms with cockroaches all around. AC not working fans not working, broken taps and worst stay, unpleasant environment no maintenance very bad

Good ambience and hospitality, tasty food, well maintained room

AC was only turned on only when we demanded. Bathroom was below average with no amenities and there was no water for 4 hours on the 2nd day. Shower wasn't working properly.

premium double ac room are ok still they need improve like exhaust fan in bathroom. cleaning room on time. car parking for guest is not allowed if full for some function in their party halls. we had very tough time to get parking.

The hotel room and management was pathetic. Room and bathroom was in very bad condition. Bathroom was stinking without exhaust fan. For entering room smart card wasn't working. Manual key was provided and it was not easy to operate. Though mineral water was included in the amenities we received 200 ml 2 Bottles for 4 people. Upon requesting more bottles we were told that since it's complementary it's limited. We asked for filter water and they directly denied saying they don't have that facility and we have to pay for the drinking water. there was a balcony attached to the room and there was no light fixed in that and was not clean. So it was of no use. The towels provided were very old and rough. I strongly discourage people from booking room in this place.

Good prime location of the hotel for highway travellers. Stayed for one night only. Staffs were polite & swift arrangements were made for late checkin.

Very unpleasant stay ! an executive suite (top room) and shower not working - no clean towels - ridiculous parking options. Staff is friendly but despite their effort very bad experience.

Parking shown in picture is not proper 50% space occupied by bike and visitors coming in bar. Not good for family and ladies as bar is also there. So we can not go for restaurant. It's veg and non veg so problem whi are pure vegetarian. Rooms are not clean and not in proper, insects, cockrages in bathroom.

The hotel property was excellent and service was good from staff members and the hotel food quality was also good.

Good location. Good parking space for cars. Rooms were average. Restaurant was not open on the day.
