Poor Stay

Worst experience. I have paid full amount at the time booking online which was non-refundable on cancellation. But at the time check in Hotel staff was asking for extra amount for login. Called Oyo call center many times but no response, disconnected call without a proper solution. And at the time of booking, it was free breakfast but the hotel didn't provide and denied.

Not cleaned

I booked for 2 days from your website in that hotel by paying breakfast included. But as soon I entered they said you have to pay extra for the stay, I said I confirm from MMT. The morning, when I went for breakfast they said it's not included in your plan. I showed but still, they took money from me. Hotel is not so cleaned really felt too bad for booking this hotel. I returned yesterday by paying extra and breakfast amount also.
