I have concerns about wrong explanation about 2 adult 2 kids. I got 2 separate rooms I want a big room with 2 extra mattress. We took extra mattress and slept in one room. I paid for 2 rooms but we stayed in one room.

Ferns residency Bijapur - a good to stay hotel with excellent upkeep
The staff is courteous the rooms are amazingly big and well maintained with excellent upkeep of bathrooms as well. A good to stay hotel. The restaurant serves you good food both Indian and Chinese while the breakfast is a decent spread.

Poor Stay
1. Restaurant service is very poor, they charged me for baby food as well. 2. In room dinning service is too poor, order pizza in dinner but after 1.5 hr also it was not served, so cross checked with restaurant, and got to know that the order preparation missed by them and now they will prepare and serve at 11:00pm. I had to cancel the dinner order. 3. No bell boy available for luggage transfer at the time of check in. 4. Iron borad provided, which was in broken condition.

Spacious room, very clean, amazing breakfast
Excellent location on the main highway of Bijapur. We selected it because we wanted assured clean and spacious rooms and a good breakfast. It is a short drive to the Gol Gumbaz and we were given on-site parking which we needed. The room was really a suite, very spacious. And the breakfast as always was a great spread.

The property is at very good location being on the main road. Rooms and bathrooms are neat &clean and so were the linen. Staff is courteous and ready to help. Overall it was a good experience.

Delightful and Best in class Hotel and restaurant in Vijayapur
It's the best hotel in Vijayapura and their service is really professional and top class considering the tier 3 town. The food at their restaurant is top class and better than tier 1 cities like bangalore or hyderabad. I really appreciate the service provided by their restaurant staff Ms.Kruthika and delicacies from their chef were excellent. The Exotic Pizza I had was mouth watering and tasty & healthy as well. I rate this better than Dominos or Pizza Hut or any other top class hotel. Keep it up fern residency team and Hope you will continue to serve like this in future as well.

The stay was good, the room n everything was good…. But there is lot of non veg food smell… if someone is a pure vegetarian and cannot bear smell of non veg food then I would not recommend this place to them… otherwise it is awesome
