We checked in to the property at 6:30PM and then after sometime someone entered the room with the card access of the room saying it’s my room and then we had to connect with the reception. This is mismanagement without caring about guest privacy

The location of the property was perfect on the main road. There was no problem in finding it. The service was exceptional. The staff were extremely cooperative and supportive. The amenities were unbelievably good. The food was equally good on par with the location and amenities. Our fridge was not getting cold so they even replaced within 10 minutes and checked the other one before bringing it in.

nice clean and pleasant room. Good hotel with nice parking space. Attentive cordial staff. Breakfast food was excellent with attentive personal all the time. Mr Gopal particularly was looking in for needed services, other staff also equally helpful. Only issue was i had requested a room with a view but they said hotel was full (although I had put this requested during booking itself) Still the room was nice so no complaint there. There was nothing in minibar but they said they had purposely kept it empty. Not that we wanted anything though. Overall nice experience, would surely recommend.

Horrible food and heavily overpriced. Despite repeated requests, to use moderation, all food came in with excessive salt. Also, freshness and hygiene in serious question because kids immediately fell with stomach bugs and experienced loose motions and vomiting. worth of food over 3 days literally paid to make ourselves sick honestly seems like it. Heavily understaffed because every request, be it in room or elsewhere, took long to service. claim themselves as a 5 star property but frankly, nothing more than a 2 star in service. Food quality worse than a local street vendor so would even rate it negative.

Good Property but..

Good: Property is well maintained and breakfast layout is excellent. Not so Good: Housekeeping, and reception I had asked for help from reception saying that my wifi is not working on my laptop. They told me some permutation combinations of passwords, no use. They sent a housekeeping guy even though he couldn't help. He told me that he will send IT guy, who didn't turn up. After 30 min I reminded the reception about wifi problem and IT guy to come, they said we will look into it. Another reminder and another but no solution was in sight. Finally I called up reception and told them that I want to meet GM of the property, a lady finally appeared and managed a wifi router for me. 2. A fire alarm started in the middle of the night. How would you feel waking up by loud alarm, when you have crashed into bed travelling from Delhi via Goa, waking up 3AM. It horrible thank God false alarm. It took a while for housekeeping to shut that loud alarm. The same alarm started on on 15 Oct noon. Whenever I tried housekeeping's number on telephone they never picked up. Before leaving my room I had pressed 'clean my room' button, when I returned my room was not cleaned. Another practical problem is plugs and switches. All charging plugs have a problem that bigger telephone chargers like my OnePlus charter, don't fit into plugs and they tend to push the on-off button on side of plug. There is only one plug on study table for laptop. There should be two so you can have your phone and laptop together at one charging point. These may not be problem but certainly a few irritants.

My recent stay at this property marked my second experience, and unfortunately, a decline in service and maintenance was observed compared to my initial visit. Specifically, the issue with the bathroom fixtures, where the taps and hand shower activate simultaneously, persisted from the previous year's room. On this occasion, a 6:00 AM departure necessitated immediate access to amenities, and the shower gel had not been replenished. Despite multiple requests, it required a fourth, more assertive call before replenishment was provided. Furthermore, a pre-ordered, paid birthday cake was requested after dinner. Despite repeated follow-ups from my son, the table remained uncleared, and the cake arrived without necessary accompaniments. It appeared the staff was prioritizing service to a visiting politician, leading to a noticeable neglect of other guests. Only after I voiced my concerns did the manager intervene, offering a complimentary cake and breakfast as a resolution. However, the overall experience was negatively impacted. It is recommended that Sarovar Hotels conduct a thorough review of its amenities and provide comprehensive staff training to address these issues.

Wonderful hotel with good service. It has an ev charging station and a well maintained swimming pool. The gym instructor is very helpful and we'll trained. Breakfast buffet spread was awesome. Highly recommend 👌
