Wonderful hotel with good service. It has an ev charging station and a well maintained swimming pool. The gym instructor is very helpful and we'll trained. Breakfast buffet spread was awesome. Highly recommend 👌

Stay was not so good, broken cots, mattress , no iron in the room. AC not working, cleanliness not good..

At first we were alloted room no 616 then after a few the drainage started choking up for some reason and all the flushed water was coming back so they shifted us to room 612. In the night the a/c in room no 612 stopped working we called the reception thrice the person came thee time and couldnt help it but tell us we dant help it u have to adjust atlast when we asked for a return early morning they gave us a tower fan and asked us to sleep in that! We paid 5300 for a night to get a experience like staying in a 500 rs lodge!

It was a really great experience! The beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Srinivas for his prompt service. The in-room dining was excellent, with good food quality and generous portions. The pool view from the room was lovely, and the sunset made it even more beautiful. Highly recommended!

we have been balaji sarovar premiere for the past 3 yrs now. we dont look anywhere else. The kind of rooms they offer are excellent. The food breakfast spread is amazing. The dinner buffet ups the ante. The staff is really friendly and caring. I was dining with my kid and a friends kid when I asked them to charge separately for my friends kid on a la carte basis while I opted for a buffet. The staff especially mr pritam didnt charge a single penny for my friend's kid who had a pasta. So 5 stars for this 5 star property

Food, location is good but we faced problems with hot water n electricity was getting tripped every 10mins causing darkness in room. Even bar (fridge) was not chilled. We kept cake in that but it got spoiled as it didn't cool well.

Not worth a 5-star experience. The property is in big need of renovation. The bathroom was clogged and not well maintained. The restaurant staff during dinner was very lazy, and the taste of dinner was below average. It was a total disappointment as far as the name and five-star property are concerned.
