HOTEL VIKAS PALACE

I stayed here for 1 night, Rooms are ok but the food service is very limited Breakfast no choice only 1 item and lunch is only thali. TV was not working no intercom

No cleaning properly Towel not provided Even Soup not provided pillows not clean even can't use very dirty Bathroom also very dirty... Wash basin in very bad condition..spitting every were in wash basin

Room is not cleaned, no water in bathroom, cockroaches roaming every corner, bathroom is not in usable condition , not even drinking water is provided,

When i book hotel all payment done my side all process done my side, when i am call to hotel that guy directly told me rooms not available and hang up my phone. I want my money back

The hotel location is fine but ambience is not good. Hotel service was not good. Rooms ware ordinary rooms more like a local hotel

It was a good experience. Staff behaviour was good. Neat and cleanliness was maintained. Over all it was a nice staycation

Hotel rooms are dirty washroom are dirty beds are not clean blankets are not clean, it is indeed a horrible stay

It's an average stay. No room service. No intercom. Linens are not up to the standard. No restaurant in this hotel. Not money's worth. Far from railway station.

I checked it at 10pm on 14th april 2023. There was no electricity, but the hotel didn't have a generator for backup. Me and my family had to wait for hours to get in our rooms. After checking in we had to keep our room window open for air because there was no electricity. The jet spray in the toilet was broken. Overall i won't prefer or suggest anyone to stay here.

Unfriendly staff behaviour, waz not expected

Very horrible experience, cleanliness not up to the mark. Hotel staff not proper, even bed was not arrange properly

We booked two rooms at around 9 pm and reached the destination at around 11. 30 pm. . Manager was not aware of make my trip booking. Kept telling that no rooms are available. After one hour of arguments and talked to owner of the hotel one dormitory was given for our two families. It was terrific experience. Never expected. I rate 0/5 for this hotel.

Hotel is in budget, but room was full of dust when we entered. Room was full of bad smell. They have not cleaned it properly even after requesting to clean it. I booked it to stay a night to take rest while i was on my way to pune from hyderabad. Bed and mattress are not clean hence i did not sleep properly. I woke up at 4am and checked out. I do not recommend it especially if planning to stay here with family.

When i entered in room room was not cleaned. It's cupboard and drover are very dirty.

Booked a room for one night, room was very small for 3 peoples. Bathroom was not clean up to the mark, service was ok. However, location is good, you can touch a highway in 5-7 minutes for Pune, Tuljapur and Akkalkot.
