Very poor and terrible stay

soloAfter booking they denied the stay. They didn’t even bother to open the main door for entry. Extremely terrible room no hygiene no cleaning no staff, room service is very very poor. My check out was at 11. Am but they forced me to check out at 6. 00am for some other guests. So horrible and terrifying experience. No hot water for shower.

My stay at Hotel Vijay logde was Terrible. As per my experience please note the below mentioned points: 1. Initially upon checking in hotel proper room not provided. 2. Hygiene is not maintained 3. No staff to take baggage to room 4. Room was not cleaned in respect of toilet and bathroom 5. Bathroom bucket and mug was not cleaned for several months. 6. No room service available 7. No house keeping services 8. TV in room was not working condition Therefore I experienced is terrible. On and above Manager at reseption desk was arrogant, as we complaint the above things he was saying that if you want to leave you can leave the hotel. Regards Sudhir Ajgaonkar

Stay for 1 day, property management didn't provide basic facilities like drinking water, hot water. Even they switched off ac though we book ac deluxe room. They don't have housekeeping too cleanliness 1/5 support 1/5
