1. Rooms are very spacious 2. ⁠housekeeping was good 3. ⁠reception guys are very co operative 4. ⁠budget friendly Tariffs 5. ⁠only have to work on water lines in washrooms, multiple leakage and damage observed.

very good room's, spacious and comfortable. pillows were in bad condition but room service replaced it on request. Restaurant is inside the hotel but very dish is costly as well as more quantity. So it's very difficultl for single person to finish food. Nice location with all facilities available nearby.

Not able to cover minimum requirements like, comb, ironing, hair oil, complementary breakfast. TV is not working, bad smell in lifts.

The room wasn't clean and some smell was coming. Very very bad smell was coming from the kettle too. When i ordered room service the guy who brought food was asking me so much and he wasn't leaving it was so scary i was alone in the room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Water was coming out from ac and commode flesh was not working and tv was not working, i have told this room service boy, they have tried to switch on tv, but that didn't worked, i have taken a video of ac water leakage.

Ac is not working properly and they doesn’t have ac remote for all rooms. Breakfast is in other building where we have to walk through it.

The staff at the reception is so arrogant, not welcoming at all, they wont even answer to your questions properly, all they do is with the hand gestures, never felt this humiliating staying at the hotel. They wont even bother to stand up while some one is approaching them, i mean, what made them become so rude i dont understand. Same with the staff of the room service. Very disappointed with the stay here, the house keeping guys never answer the intercom, if they do, wont answer you politely. I mean, where are your manners at? i’ll never ever recommend anyone this hotel. Terrible!

The staff was very unprofessional and spoke rudely and unethical way. I would never visit this hotel again in my life.

It's very good hotel to stay, it's couple friendly but room service receptionist are not answering the calls it was a bit hazy for me but rooms are very good

Hotel room was very large and comfortable. Staff was accommodating to requests and the restaurant and bar had good food and service. Was disappointed with the amount of large parties that happened in rooms, it was noisy and led to loitering in halls. Smoke smell was strong in room at times, coming from lounge area in bar.

It is conveniently located from both station and airport. Breakfast is scrumptious. Very happy with food and hygiene.
