Review Of Hotel Shri Laxmi Palace.

The behaviour of the hotel staff was very professional and friendly, cleaning, area and decoration should be maintained. I was satisfied with the one day stay.

I BOOK DELUXE Ac room  Hotel staf provide 3rd Quality room bathroom flash not working, tv not working, Ac not working not provide basic things like towel hand vash or toilet shop . make my trip helpless to talk hotel staff with my stay midnight 12 to 5 I talk 10-15 time make my trip customer care,

beds dirty, junkyards left in room, bathroom dirty and leakage. no action taken despite room service staff being requested

Please refund my money. Bus is not reached our boarding point. I am waiting 2 hours. But bus is not picking me

Service is too much poor. Bed sheet and pillow are dirty. Almirah without door, no hanger. Bathroom is dirty and mirror is broken. Table is broken no hot water facility. Intercom broken. On arrival i asked for soap for hand wash and menu card for dinner. They till time after lapse of 10 hours no given and not responded.

Cleaning is good hotel staff supportive. Peacefully area. Location is very clearly. Restorent food is very tasty

I stayed here for 3 days but no one come to clean the room for a single time..AC is also not working.terrible room service.. specially the room was unhygienic.. person who cleans the room I talked him personally too but he was rude and said I don't have time.. very bad experience

I booked the room for maximum 10 hours and manager asked me for extra charges. He charged 400 extra money from me

Nice hotel for staying in mid jaipur. The staff is very cooperative and located near the main market metro station. Highlly recommend

Great Experience with clean Room and hygiene washroom. Location was just near to Shyam Nagar Metro Station, Food was excellent, restaurant service was open till 4:00 AM. Overall paisa wasool 👍
